Publicación Acceso abierto Intervenciones en estrés laboral y Burnout. Una revisión de la literatura científica en el periodo del 2006 – 2015(Bogotá, Fundación Universitaria de Ciencias de la Salud, 2016-12) Escarpeta Guevara, Erika Juliana; Palacios Hernández, Andrea Catalina; Tinjacá Valero, Jessica AndreaWork stress is globally recognized as a psychosocial risk factor, characteristic of the worker's activity; which the "Burnout Syndrome" or "Burning Syndrome at Work" stands out as a type of chronic work stress. The objective of this research was to critically evaluate not only the scientific merit, but also the importance, innovation and usefulness of the proposals made during the last 10 years to intervene the work stress and the Burnout syndrome. For this, a systematic review was done using the CASPe and STROBE tool, this analysis led to three intervention categories: Promotion and Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Intervention and other forms of Intervention. It was concluded that studies have been carried out to address and mitigate the effects of this occupational disease, with perspectives of holistic interest, low cost and high effectiveness; however, there is little documentation of this psychosocial phenomenon in Colombia, which leaves open questions about what kind of intervention proposal fits the needs of the Colombian population and the implementation of effective public policies that respond to the current problems.
