Publicación Acceso abierto Intervención narrativa de juego a través de un diseño emocional: autorreferencia de una niña de once años quemada, usuaria de un Hospital Público en Bogotá (HPB)(Bogotá, Fundación Universitaria de Ciencias de la Salud, 2016) Moreno Velásquez, Laura; Ostos Garzón, LauraThe purpose of this research is to characterize the self-reference and narrative of an eleven years old girl, named in this research as Alice, user of a Public Hospital in Bogota, with second and third degree burns in 50% of her body, by means of the narrative intervention with the Game “Mundos Invisibles.” In this document, result of a qualitative exercise of analysis of narratives, it can be found a theoretical track regarding psychosocial problems secondary to burns, a construction of language as mediator between thought and emotion, self-reference, the narrative intervention and the Game from the Emotional Design. During more than eight hours of Game intervention, analyzed here, a conversational scenario was provided in the Game to mobilize the identification and co-construction of alternative narratives from an adverse situation or a traumatic event. The results show emergencies in Alice’s language that allowed to recognize in the potential interventional strategy, as a complement of processes of psychological and hospital intervention, for assessment and intervention of emotional processes secondary to burns and those typical of integral and multidisciplinary rehabilitation processes. From the results obtained in the positive transformation of Alice’s alternative or emerging narratives, game narrative therapy is suggested, in general, as an effective strategy since it allowed to express emotions within the context of game and emergence of functional and adaptive emissions after an adverse burning episode.
