Procesos interventivos y rol de la psicología educativa: estudio de caso en un contexto de escuela pública en Bogotá

This article presents the results of an academic project, that comes through a volunteering program with the Colombian Association of Psychologists. Starting from this scenario, a research project was developed from the FUCS faculty of psychology, with the objective to analyze the experience of a process of intervention in educational psychology at Usme, a district in Bogotá. Then the primary sources of research were discussed, and from that point managed to interpret the narratives, which configures the experience of this discipline branch through a qualitative look. This case study presents some discussion elements that frame the complexity of educational psychology, for a better understanding of phenomena in school contexts. The findings reveal a constructivist process, from the characteristics of interacting subsystems, without essentialize the profile and professional role.
