Prácticas de laboratorio en educación superior: ¿Cómo transformarlas?

This article reviews the literature on some recent experiences of how laboratory practices in higher education are currently, identifying, from the Bloom taxonomy, the cognitive and knowledge dimensions that these practices demand. Identifying success factors such as motivation, self-efficacy, teamwork, information and communication technologies, factors that integrate with the development of investigative skills can transform the traditional approach and potentiate an alternative approach. This article constitutes a conceptual basis that would allow formulating a model in which to specify the strategies and activities for the design of laboratory practices.
